The following Q & A's apply to all

If your skincare products are so good, why aren’t they
more expensive?
Many people think, the
more you pay for a product, the better it must be. Well, of course, there’s an
element of truth in this. But when you look at the skincare market, there are some
outrageous prices being charged for some very mediocre products even the top brand
names are not what you think they are.
We’ve chosen a totally different way of pricing our products than
most other leading skincare companies which gives you a far superior product for as
little as 1/3rd the price of top brands.
Why don’t you include an SPF factor in your skincare
products?
It would be easy and inexpensive for us to
add an SPF factor to our products, like most companies do. But from a philosophical
viewpoint we won’t do it, because of the possible health risks. This might
seem controversial, considering everything you’ve been told about the importance of
protecting your skin from the sun. But we’ve done extensive research into this
issue, and we have a valid reason for not including an SPF factor which you should
know about.
Does 'all skin types' mean, Normal, Dry, Oily,
Combination, Acne-Prone skin etc?
Yes, all of our products have been
developed to cater for all skin types and all climates. This is possible
because of the absence of mineral oils and other substances that would
normally cause a problem on some skin types and/or block the
pores.
Are there any ingredients that could cause sensitive skin
to irritate more?
No, as a matter of fact not only have we ensured that we do not have any
ingredients that are likely to irritate the skin, we have included special
nutrients that calm and soothe the skin.
Why do you not use any
fragrances?
All fragrances in skin care products are synthetic
chemicals and many of them can create allergies or irritation. To
use a 'natural' fragrance would require larger quantities and then in
turn that fragrance would require additional preservative to prevent it from
becoming rancid.
Does the range of skincare products have an
odor?
No, they are almost odorless. There is a faint 'natural'
smell of the extracts but because it penetrates into the skin rapidily it quickly
becomes undetectable.
Will the Natural Whitening Cream reduce the appearance of
freckles and age spots?
During the preliminary testing of this product, yes, a reduction
was observed.
Are the products Non-Comedogenic?
Yes
Can these products help with
Rosacea?
Yes, a number of the ingredients specifically target inflammation
and help reduce the redness associated with Rosacea. Have a look at the

Is it OK to apply your products on broken or
irritated skin?
Indeed it is and it is likely to help in the
healing process.
When could I expect to see benefits from using these
products?
This is an impossible question to answer as
it will vary from person to person, and will depend greatly on the current
condition of your skin. For example, the poorer condition your skin is in the
quicker you will see results. If your skin is in good condition the results
will take longer to become obvious and they will be more subtle. For example,
some people will notice a difference in the feel of their skin in just days but for
others it may take some weeks. It may be a couple of months before you start
getting complements that you are looking good...but, invariably they will
come.
I am Asian and would like to lighten my skin. How
long does the whitening cream take to work?
You should begin to notice the difference
(or at least other people will) within a few weeks. Because we use a
purely natural solution (nutgrass extract) it is not immediate like some chemical
based whitening creams are. However, unlike other whitening 'solutions' this
whitening cream provides all the benefits of our normal day cream, so
you do not have to buy two products.
I currently use a very expensive placenta serum which
contains Keratin. Would your product be as good?
It is better! The reason for this is that the Keratin from
CynergyTK is much more active and integrates into your skin cells more
effectively. CynergyTK is the only product that has successfully extracted
the Keratin in a stable bio-active form. Refer to the info on CynergyTK to
get a better appreciation of this ingredient.
Why do I need a separate eye gel? Can't I use the
day cream or facial fluid?
This is because the area around the eyes has
very thin membranes and some of the nutrients that are used in the face and body
creams are designed to go deep into the skin. This is something that is not
desirable around your eyes as they may become irritated. This is
why we use some very special ingredients in the eye gel such as
EyelissTM so you can get maximum benefits without any risk to your
eyes.
